Cream cheese frosting

This recipe is enough to frost 12 cupcakes. Preparation time about 5 minutes and you will only need a mixing bowl and a mixer.


  • 100 g cream cheese (equals one package of Mon Chou)
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 200 g powdered sugar


  1. Mix together the butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy
  2. Add the powdered sugar and mix first on the lowest setting (unless you would like an avalanche of powdered sugar in your kitchen). Gradually increase the speed and mix until everything is blended.
  3. Try not to eat everything directly from the bowl.
